General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will become applicable based on the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016, which lays down rules regarding protection, processing and free movement of personal data of singular persons and which applies directly to all entities handling such data in any State Member of the European Union.
