Land Evaluation and Selection

Evaluation of land options and their suitability for the projects. Due Diligence on various proposed land options covering legal, environmental and zoning aspects in cooperation with local legal and technical advisors.

Negotiation and Tender

Coordination of the tendering and negotiations with local developers to drive the best economic outcome for Amazon. Stress testing and challenging developers in terms of delivery times, quality of proposed works and general expertise of the development team.

Project Management

Ongoing follow-up and management of the delivery of the buildings within budget and on time. Coordination of developers construction with Amazon’s fit-out teams.



Double-digit savings on rent through open-book tender process and self-funding by Amazon.

Risk Management

Comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation including back-up options and contingency plans to ensure that the projects stay on track; reduced dependence on single developer.


In time completion of the building and fully coordinated with the Amazon fit-out to allow for operational launch and ramp-up within 12 months from project start.
