Logistics Capital Partners have secured a total plot of circa 47 ha (116 acres) located on the Prime Northern Corridor of Italy between Turin and Milan, along the A26, within the commune of Vercelli.
The plot is located in the South of Vercelli within the “Zona Industriale de Vercelli” along the motorway A26. The site benefits from a direct access via the exit “Vercelli Ovest”.

Part of the plot of ca. 28 ha (69,2 acres) is currently under development for a global Retailer, while another part totaling ca. 18,85 ha (46,6 acres) is available for development.
The remaining plot can allow the construction of the following building:
  • Maximum achievable footprint – 84,825 sqm (45% cover ratio);
  • Gross buildable area: 113,100 sqm (60% of the SF).
