Flor Fernández-Pacheco Olmedo

Flor joined Eurofund LCP joint venture (ELCP)  as Land Planning Manager in 2017.

She has over 20 years’ experience in urban planning and real estate. Previously, she worked in an advisory and valuation company. Prior to this, she was a Expansion & Land Manager in CORE Investments, developing logistics, industrial and retail projects.

Flor holds a Master’s degree in Architecture with specialisation in Urban Planning from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and also an Executive MBA from IE Business School.

Flor is based in the Spanish Office.
